• Warranty is only valid for goods and services supplied and installed by Lux Electrical as per the scope of works outlined in this quotation.
• Products have not been modified, altered or changed in any way. Installation practices are maintained should future works conflict with the scope of works outlined in this quotation. Load ratings remain within 80% of protective devices.
• Regular maintenance has been carried out on the installed products to ensure they are kept clean and in working order and remain suitable for use. Maintenance scheduling and requirements are dependent on the scope of works. Please contact Lux Electrical for requirements.
• Lux Electrical does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of these products.
• Warranty claim form to be submitted for all claims. Investigation and rectification works will not be covered prior to submission of the warranty claim form without prior written consent.
• Independent supply and/or product selection, including products required for the adaption to existing electrical infrastructure, used without consultation may not be covered. Manufacturers warranty applies only.
• Excludes ethernet, LAN, phone and data equipment and or cabling. Manufacturer’s warranty applies only.
